De verpakking van mijn bestelling is nat geleverd door DHL. Ik gok dat het ergens in de regen heeft gestaan of zo. Ik heb het probleem gemeld bij bodylab, waarna ik zonder aarzelen het volledige bedrag terug kreeg. De medewerkster van het Duitse kantoor was erg vriendelijk en sprak mij in keurig Nederlands aan. Ik zou hier zonder twijfel weer bestellen!

Arrived without any problems

I ordered some erythryt-sugar in different size boxes. Unfortunately the big one wasn't packaged well and it opened in the box it came in. So a lot was spilled. The rest was great, no complaints.

Prima zo.....geen overbodige dubbele communicatie hierover en keurig op tijd bezorgd.

7 dagen, vooraleer mijn bestelling thuis was! In de wereld van vandaag laat je iets van china overkomen in 2 dagen.. Dus sorry, ook tijdeb deze “drukke” periode.. vind ik dit triestig

the fruitpunch pre-workout of 500 grams wase litteraly half full as if it were 350 grams. it might be a production error but the container wase not propperly sealed at delivery. also the box had a hole in it and there wase pouder of it in the box and could propperly smell it while opening the box. it might also be because of the driver from DHL because he directly ran of and wase already gone a moment afther i opned the door. not sure about what you could do for me because it's my first order and i don't know if i actually would get a reaction.
