Brilliant service from the Exeter branch, repair took a little longer than they expected but they kept in touch daily, the customer service was excellent. This week on recommendation of a different garage in Cirencester I stopped by to ask about a creaky door. Ed at Reception couldn’t have been more helpful; he whisked the car in and out of the service area and 5 minutes later my car door was fixed . No payment requested. Impressive.

From start to finish efficient, courteous and no problems encountered. They did what they said they would do, kept me up to date and I was impressed. Great customer experience. Repairs completed to a high standard and a great valet! It needed it!
