Booked a Dwarf for a Stag do.. Apparently there was a staff shortage due to illness. Refused refund, and now failing to respond to my attempts to contact them. God awful. I've only given her one Star because I can't give minus scores.

Terrible. Would not recommend this company one little bit. We got let down on a stag doo with 2 hours notice. I've been asking for a refund of my deposit ever since and she just doesn't bother replying. I would be very wary transferring any money to her.
