From point of order to receipt of goods was fine only issue being very poor packaging where 2 x jumpers stuffed into one small plastic bag and delivery envelope. I recently purchased a pair of jeans from Boss where the packaging was of such a high quality for such a quality brand!!

I have only good things to say about this company. My original order did not arrive or was stolen from where it had been left.INTRO contacted me and resolved the matter immediately and sent a replacement which arrived safely. They were courteous and most helpful and efficient.

Intro stock some pretty awesome brands, not afraid to stand out, with all the sizes you can think of. Lovely staff, passionate about their trade. Definitely will be coming back.
