I’m not an English speaker so I’m not quite good at expressing my doubts, but they are very patient and kind! Even if I reply over and over, the my always give me a response. Usually it only takes a day, so if I go to sleep, when I wake up I have my response. Very grateful for all the help.

My experience was only positive and I have at least 10 orders from them. I have had some issues so I contacted their customer service and they were great,responsive and were very helpful. I am very thankful for them and I will definitely shop more.

J'en ai beaucoup entendu parler en mal et ce sans réelle justification ! De mon côté très bonne expérience, livraison en temps et en heure, suivi du colis complet, pas mal de promotions et d'articles sont sur le site. C'est une bonne alternative à d'autres sites dont je fais plus souvent usage.

Even though they don't ship out fast in general, they did quite well with my order. The product was exactly as advertised and brand new. My only complaint is that they wrapped a figure box too tightly to another big box which damaged the figure box quite heavily, apparently a lot of customers have had a similar experience.

There are many toy shops, and I have used several other shops, but I stopped using some of them due to minor issues. However, NinNinGame is a good shop that I have been using consistently since 2020.

I placed an order several weeks ago, and not only did my figurine never arrive, but the customer service is completely non-existent. It’s impossible to get a response to my emails, and when you call, you just get a voicemail that never calls back. Moreover, the delivery times advertised on the website are completely misleading. I strongly advise against this company—an experience to avoid!
