No tracking code and the delivery was extremely late

I didn't receive a tracking code on the day. No updates on the delivery ETA or any other communication. I received the order 12 hours after the initially scheduled delivery time.

Amazing food, amazing concept. …

I have been looking for a platform like this for years to cater our companies lunch and learns. We are a small business who want to value the team but don't have a lot of money to spare. Gone are the days of trays of sandwiches and welcome to the delish food that I know has been made by people who genuinely care and believe in what they do! Keep up the good work!

Best Gluten Free Pizza in London! I cannot recommend Good F'ing Pizza enough. The customer service is incredible and the pizza is honestly the best we have had in London. There was literal gasps on first bite. Thank you so much!

Poor Customer Service! As a customer who previously ordered…

As a customer who previously ordered from &Dine, I received an email from Max for a survey in exchange of a voucher. I agreed to it and they scheduled a call, I was waiting for a call and they did not call me, I followed up but did not get a response. That was very rude and disrespectful of my time! Will never order again.

Delicious food and great concept!

I love &Dine, the delivery is always on time and comes in cute pink reusable bags, and the food is AMAZING. So far I’ve had the sourdough buns from Bunhead (lemon drizzle, baklava bun and mushroom & cheese to name a few!), which were the BEST buns I’ve ever had! Then I had Silvanas (a Filipino frozen buttercream cookie) from Tob Tob’s which were absolutely incredible and one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten, and also portugese desserts from Almada which were also incredible. The food here is amazing and it’s so nice to be able to choose food from different countries and cuisines - including food I’ve never tried before, and to get it delivered to my door. It’s also really nice to be able to support small businesses. There’s a really nice selection of desserts & vegan food too. Next time I’m going to try the vegan tiramisu!

THE BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA EVER HAD

I wrote a review last week saying the delivery never arrived, and I never write reviews but after finding a negative review posted I followed suit. Meanwhile I was contacted by max who politely explained i ordered the delivery for the following week! Embarrassing to say the least! Reviews are so damaging as mostly people don’t make the time to write a review if they are happy, only if they have a bone to pick, and who of us are perfect? Every human and every business makes mistakes once in a while, and in this case I was the one at fault!! &dine is a small and much needed delivery service focused on varieties for those with intolerances and offering just something different… the gluten free pizzas I ordered for dinner didn’t make it to dinner as they were too good to wait! Reheated perfectly in the oven, they were the best vegan gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had, fresh, tasty and perfectly thin with fluffy crusts which is a hard task when gluten free, so thank you!! And once again I’m wholeheartedly sorry for jumping the gun and being so blonde!! It was worth the wait and I’ll be ordering again!! Compliments to the chef!

Obtrusive and disingenuous company

Didn't complete my first and only order because it was too expensive and delivery was too unpredictable, which is absolutely not what I want when ordering food to be delivered. To my surprise, I was then contacted by Max, supposedly the founder, on my personal email address - which I had absolutely not given any permission for - to ask for my feedback on why I not gone through with the order, in exchange for a voucher. I decided to help and completed the survey... and then never received the voucher, even after emailing to remind. Not a good practice for a new business. At least you've got some more feedback out of it, Max.

Good attention to gluten free and vegan

As a vegan and coeliac, I struggle filtering for my dietary requirements, but I can find pizza, donuts and several other options here that are safe for me.

Terrible treatment of home-chefs

Terrible treatment of home-chefs. They make promises they don't keep. They took all my menu/intellectual property and kept delaying signing me up since over a month. They dragged their feet every step of the way without giving any clear responses. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
