New boiler installed. The installation was tricky - cupboard small and 2nd floor apartment needed access to outside but resolved all issues and matched quote. Carried out additional work on short notice. The staff were so friendly, the work was clean and tidy and I felt they went over and above to help.

Blue Flame have been reliable, trustworthy and there when I needed them for the 7 years I've been a customer. In the past they've serviced my gas boiler and fire, fitted an outside tap, new radiators, fixed sludge in my old system and repaired my boiler. This week they've replaced my boiler with a new one.
