I purchased a suit recently. It was delivered in a package that was poorly shipped. I understand wrinkles will occur. The package was torn open. There is a snag on the suit jacket. Very noticeable. I really don't have the time as a businessman to send it back and go through all the bull. I will tell suit outlets this. I won't mention who I work for. I am 1 partner of 500 people. I refuse to buy from your store again. I guarantee you this. I if I have to spend crazy money to let people know your company sucks I will be happy to do so. Never ever again will I buy any garment off of you again. I will post on Facebook and Instagram and let buyers know not to waist their time purchasing items from your company.

Selection great but need smaller sizes not all men are big. For example me I'm 34 chest regular 36 slim cut and a 30 waist not a big Selection that look good for men my size.

Ordered a hat from this company and was shipped the wrong size I had to pay postage to send it back I ordered the hat again a couple of weeks later on the phone. I was told it was in stock. A little later I got a notice it was not in stock A little later I decided to give it one more try This time they sent out a walking suit I notified them and a surly phone rep declined to ship the hat I had paid for I REPORTED THEIR INEPTITUDE to the Better Bureau and they refused to admit they shipped wrong package In my opinion (these bunch are not to be trusted based on my experience

The buying process and the quality of the product vs. price is very high in score. The only shortcomings is the getting questions answered through the chat. It is not real time and big time gaps in responses which creates communication issues. As an example I was wondering if you have pants with regular size pant legs instead of the skinny ones. I kept getting a link from the support for regular fit suits.
