Zero stars, never got the flowers
I would give a zero star review if I could I ordered $500 worth of flowers (2 large arrangements) for mothers day and dispite many emails never got any respons back AND NEVER GOT THE FLOWERS! STAY AWAY from these people.

UPDATE: I don't know what this company is trying to pull here? You guys are TWO YEARS too late. This happened Feb 2022 (its mid 2024). I went through this with your company at the time and you were less then enthusiastic to help. As a matter of fact I emailed you multiple times asking so help and provided ALL of the information including many photos and was ignored which resulted in me having to go through BBB and PayPal in order to resolve this because your company chose to brush this concern off instead of offering a solution. Your company also requested and received the damaged flowers back (via paypal claims customer care) which on top of initially sending poor quality - ungiftable, damaged roses (which ruined my event and plans to say the least ) you also gave me the hassle of mailing this massive package back, which is perfectly fine since they would have ended up in the trash either way ( I truly wish I can post photos on Trustpilot for all to see) - But was a massive inconvenience to top this whole horrible experience off. Not to mention that your company had no intention of refunding this order unless I had escalated things through BBB and PayPal which took over a month of back and forth FYI. Now your reaching out with this response 2 years later? Thank you for reminding me of how horrible your customer care is and how fake your website is, I will be sure to spread my experience with @roseforever elsewhere. _________________________________ Spend $280 on a box full of roses and get something that looks like its been rolling around on the floor for days. I ordered these for the first time and when I opened the box they looked horrible. The roses were all cracked and ripped, every petal was damaged. When I reached out to the company they told me this was natural and expected from roses basically....sorry but I wasn't born yesterday and I know what roses look like, and this is a damaged poor quality item they sent out. Unfortunately they mail out roses for free to YouTubers in exchange for fake reviews. The customer care is a joke, I understand you don't want to lose money on your product but when you promise "luxury" "fresh" looking roses and mail out broken roses covered in glue for almost $300 you have to expect realistically customers to be upset about it. Not to mention I offered to mail these back to you for "inspection" and you guys in turn blocked me. Great way to handle a problem with the customer.
