Friendly and reliable service. Really quick and easy to order desired items. Have a great choice of products to choose from. The quality of the embroidery is excellent and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't use anyone else but Oldfield's.

Very good

Very good, popped in there10 mins before closing time on a Tuesday, Simon took the time to help, placed an order there and then for work wear, it was all done and ready for collection on the Friday. All good fit, embroidery work very good. Pleasure to do business with.

Disappointed with customer service

Disappointed with customer service - I asked for a quote for my tees and no mention was made of any delivery charge - when I received the invoice, there was a delivery charge of £9.99 plus VAT for 4 tee shirts. In these uncertain times, I asked to cancel my order at this stage because the postage charge seemed excessive, but sadly, Simon told me my tees had already been embroidered. I asked if there was anything to be done with the delivery charge and after my third email about this subject, (with no reply to the first two) Simon told me, "unfortunately the postage charge is unavoidable considering the current climate." When I received my parcel the second class postage charge was £4.00 on the 20p plastic envelope my tees were enclosed in. I am delighted with the quality of the shirts and the embroidery but I am disappointed with the customer service, and in future I won't be using this company. There is a wide choice of companies who offer this service, I like to shop locally and as you will see from all my other reviews of companies, customer service is a critical concern when I make my choice of who to buy from. Reply to Simon, I don’t like to slander anyone, I just want to be fair and I asked you if you were passing here. I never, at any time, did I suggest a special journey. You can say what you like to this, but all I know is Trust Pilot is a tool to record customers’ experiences and I am disappointed with your customer service and the way you are twisting our email conversations.

Excellent, friendly service and wide range of products of good quality. Stickers, business cards, tee shirts, soft shells, you name it they can do it, and usually fast when you need it!
