I like the company, but getting the site to work on my browser turned out to be impossible. I was actually able to use my iphone. Even now, after my medical consultation and approval for the medical use, I STILL can't log into my account from my computer. Most frustrating. Once I got past the technical problems, the Dr. was nice, helpful, and informed, but I had 3 hours of fruatration with the computer before that could happen and STILL can't log into the account through firefox browser.

HelloMD was easy to use and convenient. Video appointments are the future of patient care. Dr Olson is knowledgeable and had great advice on how to address my concerns.

I was a little skeptical at first about giving out my personal info and wanted to make sure it was a legitimate process to get my medical marijuana card. I ended up looking up reviews (which were mostly positive), so I went ahead and tried it out. It was such a breeze. You answer a few questions then they ask you to upload a photo of yourself (which I read will be going on your medical marijuana card). After your picture gets approved, you upload your drivers license. Once that is approved, they ask you to download the app Zoom (which I use at work so no worries there). I had to wait about 5 minutes for the doctor to come on. He reviewed my symptoms with me (neck pain and migraines) and explained the different uses of marijuana (topical, inhale, etc). It was a pretty quick convo. The dr asked if I had any questions and sent me on my way. I had my recommendation letter within 20 min to my email, and I should be getting my physical card within 5 business days. I printed out my recommendation and used it for the first time today and it worked! It was such a smooth experience, and for anyone who is questioning if they should do it or not, just do it!!

I was nervous and had never been through a video appointment before, so I had been putting it off for a long time. Everything is so professional. The coordinator, Bart, came on to let me know what to do and about how long I’d be waiting for the doctor, which was great. Dr. Richard Kim was extremely nice, answered all my questions and gave me some valuable guidance. He put me at ease and I didn’t feel rushed or anxious at all. Thank You!
