Dr. Olson is a true angel and a medical hero. She is a wealth of knowledge. She listened and acknowledged all that I had to contribute to our conversation. I feel more informed and cared about than I ever have with a medical professional. I will forever be grateful to her.

The doctor was very kind about my questions. He was well versed in what I needed and gave me additional advise outside of his expertise. Very nice.

My doctor was incredibly rude. I used your service to renew my medical card recently and encountered a less than pleasant experience. The doctor I was assigned to pretended to fall asleep as I was asking a medical related question. Not only that, the doctor did not listen to my question and in turn, answered a completely different question than was asked. He also did NOT answer my initial question and continued to rush my appointment. I found the doctor to be unprofessional and disrespected me as a patient by not listening or answering the questions I asked.

My doctor was very kind, respectful, and intelligent. He was very thorough and explained things to me in ways I understood. He was very knowledgeable and was easy to meet on the computer for a face to face appointment similar to Skype. I had a chance to ask questions and he answered them all. Overall it was a great experience and is recommend doing it. Wss worth my time and money.
