Amazing! Super easy and super fast. The doctor was really nice, we chatted for about 2 mins and then bam got my rec emailed to me like that!

Using the video consult was weird as I had to wait for someone to join but besides that the service was great.

Although I had a few setbacks between the NY health dept and the practitioner, it was undetermined where the fault was to be found. Veronica was a rock star in working with me to obtain satisfaction. She pulled out all stops to support my endeavor and even went so far as to make sure on her days off her fellow workers were apprised of my problem. I made calls to local practitioners and found the cost and their expectations astronomical. I was hopping that I would get information on how to use the medicine on the followup email, but it did not come up. Neither the link to print the ID card to order the product from dispensary is working. Now it's already after hours, so I have to deal with it tomorrow. Kind of frustrating.
