Not really happy with the broker. Not bad service from them but they dont really want to help you. They give you all this promises that you will make money with them only to find out of you start with a small account they dont care about you. If you have $10000 and more to start with trading maybe they will help.

I LOST MY $300 USD I STARTED TRADING JUST IN THREE DAYS AGO BUT LOST THE TOTAL FIRST DEPOSIT OF$300 USD. FIRST IT WAS VICTORIA THAT CALLED ME AND WAS TRYING TO PROFILE ME. I WAS EMBARRASSED WITH LEVEL OF INTERVIEW QUESTIONS. THEN NICHOLAS TOOK OVER. WE HAD A ZOOM CALL WHERE MY VIDEO WAS AUTOMATICALLY OPENED IN ZOOM WHILE I HAD TO REQUEST TO SEE THE FACE. RELUCTANTLY, IT WAS A SNEAK AT HIS FACE. AS A NEWBIE I EXPECTED PATIENT GUIDANCE THROUGH THE PROCESS. HOWEVER, I REALIZED THAT THE WHOLE ATTENTION IS IN PROFILING ME AND PRESSURING ME INTO MAKING HEAVY INVESTMENT WHILE I'M STILL LEARNING. WITH THIS IT WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO REFER THIS COMPANY TO MY COLLEAGUES. I WAS TOLD THAT MY MEAGRE AMOUNT IS NOT WHAT YOUR COMPANY NEEDS AND THAT ILL BE THROWN OUT WHEN I REQUESTED TO BE GIVEN UP TO FEBRUARY SO I CAN RECONSIDER INCREASING MY DEPOSIT.
