I had a conversation with OLUTOYE EMMANUEL, the new manager assigned to me. His response to my concerns are good. He exhibits professionalism and ready to listen to all the frustrations l had. My experience with your platform isn't pleasant at all. No one seems to be willing to understand my financial predicament. Yes l understand that it's all for my good to top up and increase my margin which will grant me more opportunities. But what else can I do if l don't have a means of adding up? Does it mean the assigned manager to me should be changed? Or the manager assigned to me will not respond to my concerns again because l couldn't top up? Sincerely, l had a rough time. My encounter with Mr. OLUTOYE EMMANUEL gave me some relief. He was different. Thank you.
