I am writing this review in the hope to help any one out there not to fall victim of what i think is a scam.I have lost so much of money with cm trading that it sickens me to my tummy...the last strategy used by the account manager by the name of Samar has really knocked me off my feet...I have been transferred to manager upon manager in the year that i have been trading with CMT...each one of them with their own promises. Leo was the manager who transferred me to victoria and then to Samar...who I might add has terrible bussiness ethics...she has no manager/client ethics and i find her to be rude to the highest degree...she promised me that if i dep 5000usd she will give me 2 risk free trades and 1500usd cash back, meaning that i can withdraw the amount as cash to me.I later called to go over what she told as confirmation to my understanding and upon being satisfied i deposited the money...low and behold when the time came for me to claim my 2 risk free trades I was told that it can only be paid if i didnt close those trades.... All this information was not given to me upon the sales pitch...further I was told that I dont have a choice as to which trade can be risk free and its up to management to decide...this was not disclosed to me in the beginning so that i could have made a better informed decision. So one trade was closed via the system and i asked so why cant i be credited with that trade as risk free since i didnt close it....samar responded that i do not choose whats to be reimbursed as risk free.I sent LEO an email to call me to no avail...I have sent numerous messages for some one of higher authority to call me via their call centre to no avail...I am now down to tears...I have lost 32000usd to cmt trading including all my profits.Samar keeps on insisting that i closed trades that could have been making me 17000 usd or 15000usd in profit but she refuses to listen to the fact that the spreads on those trades was accumulating and eating into my margin drastically...further she advises but does not say which trade to open willy nilly without analysis , so i found that the spread on those trades were so high that it took me more than 2 days for that trade to go into profit and on top of that i was charged swaps on the spread....so how does one continue to keep a trade like that open...common sense will tell you to close it...Samar insists its because of that , that my account was in such a bad state....I had a free margin of 1000usd and today i see my free margin is zero...so when i asked her about that she told me its the new year and the account needed to be cleared...Samar , I am afraid to say has no bussiness ettiquette.I cannot get a full sentence through to her without her interrupting me and then we both end up screaming at each another...I am now frustrated to tears and as of now no 1 from CMT has contacted me...I can go on and on ....but all I am saying is just be careful when you deposit your hard earned money on promotions that are not transparent...in my opinion it is a strategy to get you trade with them so they can make maximuma amout of profit from you and you end up losing tons of money....your capital plus all the profits made by you.Samar further goes to say that i should have known all this...what a joke..I am the client ...she is the sales rep for her company and she tells ME that I should have known all the T`s and C`s...Just please be carefull

Very BAD experience

Since joining CM Trading in September 2024 I am now on my 3rd account manager. Please can someone explain the reason for this?

Hi my experience is that last year I loose more than R135,000.00 .ln my trading in cm trading,l tried to make a follow up, but l don't get clear for why,my money finished.

I can see it can be a very lucrative platform but some of the account managers refuses to respond to their clients promptly

Responsiveness is it. No sooner did i set up with MC Trading than I received a call, guiding me on how to make payment and promising a follow up which was kept fully.

I’m still trying to learn. I’m also getting a lot of support from my expert.
