i started with a $300 deposit and added an additional $2,500 by selling my car. Andele supported me, teaching me how to trade, we built the account from $2800 to $3990 in 3 weeks. On the 9th of December 2024 Gerald from CMtrading called to say Andele has been transferred and he was in charge of my account. He asked me to buy 3 volumes of CADJPY to hedge my account which I did and also to buy NZDUSD which I did, both trades went downwards, he asked my to go and bring more money, probably steal from somewhere since I had told him that I had previously sold my car to add the $2500 to my account. He asked my to take the losses which was over $2,500 at this time I refused and decided to wait it out incase the trend turned positive. i woke up this morning 19th of December 2024 to see that the CADJPY had been closed (not by me), and a debit of $3,923.07 has been accepted sending my balance to deficit. that is my current situation. my trades were going well with Andele before the Gerald guy came in and in one swoop DESTROYED my account.

I can't withdraw my money..they keep on telling me no enough funds while I made profit out of my balance

Honestly, I am disappointed with the way One Bonginkosi deceived me to pay $300 on the ground that he is my account Manager and would i would not need trade myself but Artificial Intelligence tool would trade for me. In addition that paying the deposit $300 gives a promotional amount $300 making $600 in my trading account. I paid and uploaded my required particulars, Bonginkosi stopped communicating with me, leaving stranded not knowing what and how to do. He didn't respond to voice calls, WhatsApp messages and calls. Now I don't know my position.
