I purchased a set of assorted electrodes for my TENS/EMS device, Sanitas. First, I could not get the promised discount code I was entitled to. When I emailed about the issue, the response from customer service was sort of "it was displayed on the screen when you subscribed, couldn't you see it?" No, I could not - I have an old browser version of Chrome. They emailed though at the end. I paid almost 10 euros for shipping a pack 12 electrodes (small to medium-sized) within EU, which was sent in a letter-sized envelope. Taking into consideration they have corporate rates - I think it is a rip-off and the shipping charges could be half the price for the service. Finally, one of the tiniest electrodes got disintegrated literally after 2 uses. I emailed the customer service and the response was "it is not a surprise - you are not supposed to rinse it with water". Excuse me, but there were no such instructions coming with electrodes that I cannot rinse the gel surface with cold water - neither on the package, nor inside the package. In my manual for Sanitas it is allowed to care for electrodes in such way. No refund, replacement or any other recovery service (not even proof of their statement) was offered. I find EU customer service to be terrible and arrogant. I also find it ridiculous that customer really have to prove and fight for their rights, even in cases clearly mentioned and protected by law. P.S. Pay attention how they spelled my name in their response - that's exactly the attitude I meant: "We know better, and we are right and that's it". Also, you're supposed to provide care instructions WITH the order and not after. Especially if it differs from the manufacturers you are claiming your brand is compatible with. My complaint is about the quality of the customer service. However, perhaps I should have mentioned the product as well, because I find that this tiny electrodes are too small to adhere properly and cannot sustain the gel surface in place. My comments on the quality were completely ignored. Instead, I was offered skin degreasing spray. No, thanks! I would recommend AXION to arrange a questionnaire and find out am I the only one who thinks the quality could be better and care instructions clearer, or perhaps there are more think-a-likes of mine.

Super Gerät, für sehr viele Anwendungen geeignet. Schönes Poster mit Bildern dabei, Top erklärt. Bedienung: ganz einfach.....!! Man brauch am Anfang keine Angst zu haben, das man gleich zu grosse Ströme bekommt. Denn: Die Intensität steht immer auf Null. Einschalten,.... Pfeil nach oben, und die Ströme fangen ganz leicht an. Jeder so wie er will. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!!
