Wish I'd read other reviews before ordering from this company. Some of the items in my orders arrived damaged which I then had to dispute. After agreeing to replace the damaged items they then sent me the wrong order. Arranging a return and refund was made very difficult and took several email exchanges. I had to chase a resolution several times before a full refund was received. All in all I would not recommend. There are other companies out there selling merino wool baby products with much better customer service

Updated review - happy with my experience

Updated: The shop followed up with me and offered to assist me with the issue. They did explain the original handling wasn’t up to their usual standards due to a busy Christmas period. I’m glad that they were happy to resolve this for me and I’ve updated my review and rating to reflect this. We all make mistakes nad it’s nice to see that they care about their customers. Original review: Unfortunately some of the items they stock are faulty/of poor quality. The item I received was losing bits of wool. After contacting the shop to try to get an exchange for an undamaged item, I was told I must have washed the item incorrectly. The item hasn’t been washed yet so that’s impossible. They even said that it had shrank. I offered to cover the cost of postage and send it back to them for checking but this was completely ignored. Will not be buying from them again.

Very disappointing.

I am really disappointed in this company. A week and a half later and my order is still not dispatched, several attempts to contact the company seemingly ignored or overlooked. One email from them (actually replying to my query about where my order was) a week after my order was placed to let me know part of my order was mistakenly out of stock, and then nothing else. I don’t know how to proceed from here. I would never use this company again after this experience.

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service. I recently returned part of an order via RM which stated it was delivered, but on contacting Mama Owl they hadn't received the parcel - Royal Mail's fault. Mama Owl refunded me quickly despite this, reassuring me that they would sort the issue themselves. If only all companies were this great!

Independent company with a lovely selection of goods. Great, responsive customer service when I was concerned my package might be lost in transit (thankfully, it wasn't!). Would definitely consider buying from again. Thank you!

Highest Quality Clothes and Terrific Customer Service

MamaOwl has the highest quality natural and organic fiber kids clothing I have been able to find online. They stock some of the best slow fashion clothing lines for kids, and their customer service is next to none. I have been ordering from them for several years now, and the clothes I bought several years ago are still in very good condition - and have been handed down twice. Fulfillment and shipping is super fast, with orders shipping out the day after they were placed - from EU to USA takes 3-4 days. And to top it all off, when you open the box/parcel, you find a packet of candy with a handwritten thank you card. Very happy customer.

It automatically addes gift wrapping! And there is no way to remove it from the basket! Annoying! Website windows are popping up so frequently? too sensitive to cursor

Brilliant selection of products and fast delivery

I have purchased multiple times from Mamaowl for my NB and loved every single piece I bought. They have a great selection of sustainable materials of baby clothes. The order was packed nicely in brown paper bags. The delivery was fast too.
