Never received the item... never received any help on retrieving the item. Never received any communication back, when stated I had not received the item and would like a refund. This was a present for my 3year anniversary, ordered almost an entire month in advance. Two months later, no item, no communication, just out the money and out the gift...extremely disappointed.

I ordered a keychain for my husband for Father's Day. When ordering it said the product would arrive on time for Father's Day. Father's Day came and went with no package. I reached out for a tracking number. I did receive one. Today is June 29th and there has been no update on my package. I have reached out twice to customer service with no further response. Very dissapointing.
