Ordering was easy, communication great and the products are exactly as they appear online! The purse in particular is of excellent quality, I’ve ordered for my friends as my own one is still in good nick after over a year of daily use!

The wallet was lovely. I presumed that the photo would have been cropped differently (as it mentioned on the website not to crop it yourself). I supplied a photo which was landscape (but my child was in the middle so it could have been cropped as a portrait photo). The photo wasn’t cropped and the picture is sideways on the wallet instead of how it shows on their website as a portrait. Which is a shame I wasn’t contacted before they printed to check, and I guess I shouldn’t have presumed it would have been the same as the picture on their website , but none the less the wallet is of great quality.
