Product was super well packaged and arrived in good time. The email response from my pre-purchase enquires were quick and efficient. My only complaint is that there is no measurement on the dropper which makes it hard to know how much you’re taking. I had to purchase a syringe. Everything else is great 😁

Quick friendly service and great product

I was recommended this product by my pet physio for my now very senior golden retrievers. Arthritis and general wear & tear have caught up with them. I have used other CBD products from elsewhere but this product has been quite remarkable keeping my guys free from pain. Was given correct product & dosage information in a call back which helped immensely, plus quick delivery. Being an Australian company is the cherry on top. Very pleased with the product. Just a quick edit, 1 of my dogs has extreme storm phobia and I used to have to fully sedate him (vets instructions). Now I give a few extra drops and he sleeps comfortably all nite. For nothing else, I am very very grateful.

The service was personal with a direct call to answer my questions in person almost immediately. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I have not fully tested the product yet. It seems top shelf so far.
