Once again 5 star service ,next day delivery, My 2 dogs go crazy for the salmon oil ,always the same quality and always the same response from Sophie and Bonnie,I have to hide their treats or I would have no peace once given its the sad face look till they get another . This company is great with high quality standards and a customer service second to none

Appalling customer service! I have been a customer of theirs for 7 years as you can see by my review on 5th March 2014!! The company was brilliantly run back then but unfortunately was taken over by Mr and Mrs Butler. Their customer service is now non existent and they couldn't care less about keeping their customers. Such a shame because it used to be a really well run business. Will definitely not be buying from them again. Their loss as I have spent thousands of pounds with them over the last 7 years. I will be sourcing my dogs treats elsewhere from now on 😕

Potato and salmon is perfect for my GSD who is pro e to stomach upsets, not had any trouble since starting on this food. I have one happy pooch with an amazing coat. Food delivered to the door next working day, excellent service.
