Friendly to deal with. A huge wealth of knowledge. I have used them on many occasions and have never been let down. They have even helped by reading sections of books over the phone to me when I 'forgot to order in time' to help with the odd speech.... nothing is too much trouble for them!!! Just over a year ago I purchsed regalia for Provincial Stewards honour which after some heavy use developed a fault with the fastening strips coming away from the material. I e-mailed the Freemason and explained the problem and they immediately agreed to take the faulty apron back and replace it with a new one, including refitting the badge. I was extremely pleased and impressed with their service. I have since bought two sets of cufflinks and they are of very good quality.
