After suffering years with extreme anxiety, depression, social anxiety, panic attacks and spending thousands of pounds seeing therapists who promised everything but delivered nothing, supplements that claimed to help with anxiety, you name it i've tried it, I thought that this was it, this was my life going forward. Life changing device! I've suffered from depression and anxiety for a significant part of my life (which I've only recently realised). After using this for a few weeks I was able to reduce and after 3 months, stop all medications. It's the fist time in my life I'm not obsessing about something, my brain is quiet and it's allowing me to get to know who I am as a person, without the noise! I use it every day still, it helps me sleep through the night (having not done that in 5 years) and just relaxes me before bed. Everyone should have one!
