They were so amazing!!! They were so helpful! Even though I made a mistake and wrote down the address wrong they were on top of it and did their best to make sure that my package still arrived in a timely manor to the proper address! You don't get service like this in many places especially when it's a mistake on your part. They didn't even ask me to pay a fee to have it resent to the proper address.

I received a gift from Makaboo from a friend when i had my baby. The stuff was high quality and cute. The only reason i take one star off was the first order i ever received, they spelled my daughter's name wrong and got the color thread wrong. Fortunately, their customer service was very helpful and friendly and they sent a corrected order with a hand-written note of apology. Very classy. I definitely would recommend this site (i haven't had any problems with the orders i've placed), particularly their baby stuff.
