I ordered personalized underpants for my granddaughter. My order arrived in the time I was told. When I open the package, I was pleasantly surprised with the presentation. It was wrapped so beautifully! The underpants were just what I expected. My expectations were exceeded!!

I ordered some gifts from Makaboo for a work colleague who just had twin girls. I loved all the beautiful things they have and even better the fact that some can be personalized. I had an issue with the delivery (nothing to do with Makaboo or the courier they used) and Megan was really helpful. I would definitely purchase from this company again!

I found the website easy to navigate and enjoyed the variety of products. Since I ordered a monogrammed item I loved being able to preview the results before making my choice. The only disappointment I encountered was the carefully thought out packaging really prevented me from seeing the product before I gave it as a gift. I didn't want to remove the lovie from the bag to check the monogram as I was afraid I wouldn't get it back to the same folded shape with the bow tied just right. I shipped this gift off so I'm hoping it's correct.
