They have given proper and clear response on time to everything we have requested. For us, one of the property got cancelled in between the process because the owner decided to not to sell that property few days after accepting our offer. Though there were searches and procedures done already for that property VersusLaw did not ask Fee for that purchase as they understood the difficult situation we were in. I had a call to our home phone today telling me that I had a £5,000 unclaimed accident policy, and I was asked to confirm a few details to complete my claim. Since I am sure neither me nor my partner hav an unclaimed policy and neither of us has been involved in an accident, I questioned the caller as to who he works for, and how did he get my contact details. The agent on the other end of the line claimed he was from Versus Law Solicitors. When I asked for our number to be removed from their database, the agent then turned round and aggressively demanded my name and email address, which I refused to give him. I'm not sure if he worked for Versus Law or for a company that refers work to them, but they should be careful as to who they hire to send them work. It's against the Solictors' code of conduct to accept work gained through cold calls.
