It was a trip of a life time. Learned about the rain forests and about the animals unique to Costa Rica. My favorite part was the whit water rafting. I would highly recommend the experience. Our guide Rae was very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way to guide us and answer any questions we might of had. I’m think I will go again sometime.

I loved Ana Lu! She was so friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The activites were amazing and I would love to go back.

So fun. Never had a better time. The bus was very nice, Charger ports comfy seating, clean. So much more. Our tour director was very kind. This trip was very organized. Never regretted this trip.

After postponing our tour twice due to covid, we were finally able to travel to Spain and Portugal this summer. Explorica helped us figure out the ever-changing requirements for international group travel, ensuring that we were prepared for any covid protocols that were in place, including testing, vaccination requirements, and pre-departure paperwork. We had a knowledgeable, fun tour director who made sure that we had the best experience possible by adding in additional stops and surprise treats (Portuguese pastries are delicious!). Despite having traveled with Explorica for over 10 years, I was a little nervous about traveling with a student group while still dealing with covid; however, I felt like I was well-prepared and I had the support needed to handle any issues that may have come up. The ability to customize my tour itinerary made this the trip of a lifetime, full of memories and experiences that made my students interested in studying abroad in college and continuing to travel the world. Everyone enjoyed our cooking class, wading in the Atlantic where they experienced the world's biggest waves for surfing, and touring cathedrals via the rooftop towers. Thank you, Explorica!

In all the trip was very good. Our tour guide and bus driver were awesome! I do feel like we were a little rushed through some of the sites. But all in all we would definately travel with your company again.

The trip to Greece was ruined by our little friend COVID. My husband tested positive therefore he could not go on the cruise portion of the trip. Of course this was out of the hands of Explorica. HOWEVER...The group left for the cruise within 30 minutes of my husband finding out that he was quarantined in a foreign country. He was given nothing to tell him who to contact or what to do. Quite honestly, he was beyond upset by the fact that he was given no guidance about what to do. The tour guide told him a few things, but how can you expect someone who is "sick" and just found out that this trip of a iifetime was ruined to retain much information. He spent several days "in the dark" about what was happening. I feel that Explorica should have had some type of written information that could be given to their travelers in this type of situation.

The tours were amazing, Tour guide was wonderful. The food options for dinner was terrible. No vegetables or anything of substance after a long day of touring. Most nights everyone went to a different place to get food after the meal. As a parent I was disgusted by the food being given to my student the traveler. The logging on the last night was not acceptable at all. The hotel was very old and not clean.

BEST TIME EVER ...

Our tour was full of beautiful places. Rich history, and amazing people! The food was not always great nor filling, however, it was quickly delivered. Whether by bus, plane, train, we arrived to our destinations with little difficulty. Our guide was wonderful!
