If you choose to sell your home with Keogh Estates, it will be a completely different experience to using any other estate agents. The owner of the company, Andy Keogh, handles every sale personally and remains professional whilst being extremely friendly and genuine. We didn’t give Andy an easy job, we had a ‘character property’ to sell that would be most people’s worst nightmare but he produced a custom listing within the day and had two viewings booked by that evening. He accommodated all our requests and we had quite a few of them. Being Covid aware, we did everything remotely, meaning Andy had to find the key and follow a list of instructions of which order the 14 rooms should be shown in, whilst issuing PPE to all viewers and avoiding our cats. Andy remained communicative and enthusiastic throughout the entire process, always replying or calling immediately and giving us a lot of honest and helpful feedback as we went along. He was even kind enough to undertake a 300 mile round trip to view a property on our behalf when one of us became too ill to do so. I can’t recommend Keogh Estates highly enough, it was a 5 star experience from start to finish.

Andy goes above and beyond to help he has sorted two properties out for us couldn’t of sorted the first property out without his help. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is selling a property he is excellent
