I love the fact there are multiple methods of communicating with iTrust (phone, chat, email). In addition, Jonathan from iTrustCapital sent me a text to update me on my account status as I had yet to check my unread emails. I truly appreciate the experience I have had to date with iTrustCapital.

Fullfill Timeline Dates c. Allow Users to CHOOSE Cash Dist. Amount vs. Defaulting to full amount Cash Balance in Account- huge issue here c. Improve Software/Mobile making it Intuitive i.e. nothing happens until you click click click anywhere/everywhere to get to your destination. d. Create a Secure APP to make doing business with you easier. e. Make clients aware, who are using VPN that your Software does weird stuff. f. Respond to All Emails in regards to Distribution Status within 24 hours/ at least have a BOT that keeps Daily Updates of Timelines/Status with a choice of email/text. g. Fix your software bug when it comes to viewing current or changing Beneficiaries. h. when you change your Terms of doing buisness ..Communicate to your Customers i.e. Distributions under $50k did not require Zoom. You changed this to any amount... i.e. We used to be able to CHOOSE Dist. Amount from our Cash Account; yet, now some Manager FORCES FULL ,$$$Dist.
