I do not understand the negative reviews here about delivery times. Located in Finland. Ordered 2 times now, both times the package comes within the next 5 business days like expected, with all the goods I ordered. First order took 4 days and tracking after 2 days. Second one had tracking the first day and arrived in 3 days. Nothing wrong with this. Shopping is easy, and fast. One star left out for the website's Finnish translations being slightly off - othervice no problems at all! Great prices and great delivery, thank you!

Tuotteet saapuivat (heinäkuu 2024) 30% oli rikki ja pussit hajallaan lähetyksen sisällä. ei ehkä kannattaisi pitää nettikauppaa jos ei osaa pakata? Vielä enemmän on alaarvoista vastata arvosteluihin 6kk tapahtuneen jälkeen. En todellakaan suosittele kenellekään tätä yritystä.

Lähetysvahvustusta ei kuulunut, ja laitoin asiakaspalveluun useamman viestin eri kanavoiden kautta, ja kolmannen viikon lopussa sain vihdoin vastauksen. Tilaamani tuotteet olivat tässä kohtaa jo loppuneet varastosta, mutta sain kuitenkin valita tilalle jotain muuta eli siitä plussaa. Nettikauppaa voisi vähän kehittää, sillä edelleen näyttää siltä että tuotetta olisi tilattavissa. Asiakaspalvelusta tarjottiin 10% alennuskoodia seuraavaan tilaukseen mikä tuntuu jo vähän vittuilulta, enkä kyllä aio täältä tilata toista kertaa.

I have been ordering from here for well over a year, at least once a month. Deliveries were a bit slow at the beginning but have improved dramatically. The extra 3€ for fast or tracked delivery is worth it. Customer service (in particular Oskar) has been very helpful, polite and professional. Compared to some of the other services I have used, this is my go to site.
