Used Data Recovery tool of Bitwar and found the file to recover. Validation of preview was impossible (binary file) so the only way to find out was to buy a license. Then the file was "successfully recovered", as claimed by the tool, but it was not. File is corrupted, unusable and was not recovered. They don't see the fault on their side, so they won't refund me, although they claim a 100% reliable data recovery and even have a money-back-guarantee on their website. Looks like a big scam to me! Update: After this report on Trustpilot I received a confirmation of my refund request.

I had bought a subscription and later tried to cancel it. they ignored every attempt. when they charged me a second time to renew it I raised hell and they refused to refund it. this place is a scam, they steal your money. don't trust them.

Es ist wirklich zu Empfehlen! Als ich versehentlich meinen Stick formatiert habe, war ich sehr verzweifelt wie ich meine Daten wieder zurückholen kann. Ich konnte meine ganzen gelöschten Bilder und Videos wiederherstellen. Es ist wirklich ein sehr guter Software und macht das was es einem verspricht. Konnte nur 1-2 Bilder nicht öffnen, dafür aber auf die restlichen, tausende von Bilder und Videos wieder zugreifen.

On a trip far from home, I transferred almost 60 percent of my photos from the camera to the tablet and lost them. I have no idea what to do as these photos are so important, one of my friends asked me you should probably need to spend money and getting them back at the local photo shop or electronics store. I am writing in response to the negative review previously submitted by me. Because of the difference in time accross regions.... Bitwar have replied to me and have patiently been trying to ascertain what is going wrong with the recovery process. Since then the app has started to work.... it will take me a day to recover my files so I have not completed the process. However I am very happy with the response from Bitwar thus far and they have offered to cancel the payment for the transaction if I am unable to recover my data. That being said I would like to retract my previous review and say thank you to Mr. Gary Zhang for his patience and assistance thus far.

This software is very nice to use, I recovered all my lost videos successfully. It's worth to note that the 30-day free trial is really considerate, I will consider to buy the lifelong license and always keep it on my PC. Recommend this software to you all.

Great program! Easy to use and recovered my word documents in a few seconds. Previewing before recovery is really convenient. I got the free trial, I'll pay for it later. Anyway, Highly recommended!
