It took 3 attempts to book the initial assessment as the form doesn't allow you to change the default address and the note to advise it was incorrect wasn't picked up. Should be simple enough to fix that I'd have thought. Assessment was quick and straightforward. Once Posturite had the PO I was able to select a next day delivery. Item was set up by the delivery drivers and whilst they ran through the mechanics they did dismiss my issue with the headrest being in an awkward place, suggesting it only moved up and down. I contacted Posturite direct and was given instructions from Gareth on how to remove the headrest. Much better and grateful for his help.
