Good signals and excellent support
Good signals and excellent support. I had a few support questions and their reaction time is fantastic. Problem was on my side but support explained how to resolve it.

Agree with Csaba Vas - Scam history
Update 5/11/21 "We cannot predict how any signal provider will trade their account, there is no guarantee that a signal provider that you chose will make profits during your subscription period to their trading account, we simply offer a trade copying service with a monthly subscription model." The providers provided fake history that signalstart failed to vet properly so do not trust what is being shown on signalstart. 4 years history get decimated within one month of subscription from my 2 accounts - look for MY SIGNAL FOREX FOREX SIGNALS. One missing piece of info that I overlooked or not provided by signalstart is the actual registration date of the signal provider on this platform vs trading history - poor control by signalstart. I would advise novice against using this. "That is simply untrue, if there was no usage of a signal subscription after renewal it can be refunded by request." The auto-renewed period hasn't started yet but this cannot be refunded. The above statement is very vague to hide the truth that no refund is allowed for cancellation from consumer side. ----------- I echo Csaba Vas, GB below. I picked a signal provider MY SIGNAL FOREX FOREX SIGNALS that has no massive drawdown <15% for the past 4 years. After 1-2 months I saw it going into beyond belief - 85% drawdown thus wiping out both of my accounts. Do not use auto renew as if you do, you wont be refunded even though the period hasn't started yet. Complete scam on this part. So I lost about 4 months worth of subscription that I thought would have been a continuation of 4 years of history. Just unbelievable. Not having contact with the signal provider underlines one thing - SCAM. The trade history now seems too far to be true. AVOID if you dont want to lose your hard earned money.

DON'T USE SIGNAL START
I'll try to cut a long story short I subscribed to signal start to copy a particular trader I had been following. The trades made by the provider were not being copied to my account via Signal start. I emailed customer services. Chris said that the trader had only closed a couple of trades that day so there were no trades to be copied. And the existing trades were not copied due to the slippage setting. This was not the case as I set the slippage much higher and it still didn't copy. I actually spoke to the trader via Telegram, he confirmed he had opened 16 trades that day! I also spoke to a friend that was copying the same trader through Signal start. He also wasn't receiving new trades. (Initially it did work tho). I have sent several emails to Chris. After the initial reply email I have received nothing from them. Shocking service, with zero attempt to resolve the situation. I have raised a credit card dispute to attempt to claw back the fees. Fuming!!!

Excellent
Excellent so far, reliable and fast. Moved from MQL5 and self hosted MT4 environment and this is a lot less hassle. A lot of negative reviews are down to people not understanding the forex signal market and unfortunately following poor signal providers. I think information about how the lot multiplier works, as commented below, should ideally be added to the signal start website.

What a joke this service is
What a joke this service is. Multiplied all trades by 1 you said? Traded put 0.10-0.20 lot and Signal service copied from 2-4 lots!! Thats like 20-30 times more! Other service has placed 0.25 lots but 0.08 lot on my account.. what a joke is either WAY too many or too little, or your system cant calculate that 1 lot is 1 lot? Also instead of copying at similiar time its been copying trades around 10 pips from the actual entry, and we know when you scalp thats really important to copy as close as you can because the ranges are very small Im expecting a refund for you saying your serivce has been testes and is practical and it works, when it clearly doesnt and nearly burned my account. I also want explanation why your system has been copying up to 30x the amount Ive selected, it couldve clear my account in no time if it would continue like this! Your contact support website is not working either, I could only send 1 enquiry, so Im expecting you to contact me here.

Better than mql5 and naga
this is my favourite signal copy provider. the search and the stats are by far the most detailed ones from all plattforms and that is the most important thing for finding good signal providers. its really hard to find good ones so you really have to understand with what kind of drawdown you can live and if you want to hold the trades for minutes or days etc. I find the multiplier also very helpful when you know how to use it. I dont want to put all my money at risk with a provider who might blow his account. let say the provider has a 2k account and uses 0.01 lots....with mql5 if you want to double the lot size you have to double your money....so you have to put 4k at risk to copy a 0.02 trade I find this very dangerous. its better to have the possibility to use even less like 1k and still trade 0.02 lot size. because then he can only blow your 1k ;D but its important that you understand that your drawdown will also be bigger... I also connected the signal provider first to a demo account to see how they trade. why? because its cheaper to do so and you can find out if the provider is good for you instead of risking your beloved hard earned money and then blow the account. paying 80$ for a trial is cheaper then loosing it all. I have now two trustworthy signal providers with consistant profits and I am looking for more. Even tho I find the support really helpful and friendly it always takes a while to get an answer..... I also quite like the push notification on the app....sadly its not supported anymore. so all in all I am super happy with signal start :)

Not recommended
I decided to give it a try but after 3 months I am completely disappointed. Below you can see my experience. Signalstart offers a wide variety of signals. However, many of them are martingale or simply a complete scam. I will also leave my comments about the strategy I chose since Signalstart does not believe creating a community is useful enough. 1. Too expensive for what it can offer Don't get me wrong, the platform itself works good, but Signalstart literally does not care enough if a provider is a scam or faked the tracking record, they just want your money. And here checked I mentioned "enough" because I do believe that they do at least the bare minimum. The platform could learn from others like MQL, eToro, etc. where you have for example a degree of reliability, shows the broker used for the tracking record. Or from others like Ctrader where some providers really earn their bread from performance fees (instead of fixed fees ). Therefore, you basically pay a monthly fee to signalstart just to have access to all the (scam) signals. As some others mentioned here, the algorithm for ranking the strategies must be improved. 2. No communication There are other platforms in which there is a community where you can rate the signal, where the signal provider gives you feedback or even the platform warns you if it detects that there is a deviation from the standard activity. In this case, signalstart believes creating a community has not enough pros and you should not expect any transparent communication. Honestly, if signalstart shows a strategy has been trading consistently for one year, I'd expect to see for sure a few negative comments, but many more positive. Why am I saying this? Because I picked one of their signals called Nighthealer. Basically, I did my research among all the strategies that Signalstart offered. I ended up choosing one (nighthealer) that was ranked in a good position and matched certain factors I was looking for (low DD, no margingale, etc.). I even exported the tracking record and draw potential scenarios such as how many open trades would be opened at a certain time, how long they'd last, and even how the provider would trade (which even made sense). To sum up, I did my homework. A few days after getting the signal one the provider started to go against historical data (average time of open trade, loss per trade, etc.). Therefore, my first month left a DD of 10%...in one day!. Fun fact: I recently found out that whilst the provider asked her followers in MQL5 forum (remember the lack of communication from SignalStart?) to be comprehensive and to be psychologically strong instead of spamming, I was able to recover the loss with my own trades within the next 2 days and I ended up saving my month. I DO NOT consider myself a good trader but I think earned my right to tell the provider to cut the bullsh**. There are no excuses for losing more than 10% in one trade. Nevertheless, I understand "a bad day" can happen. My second month with the signal started stable but quickly turned very similar to the previous month. It seemed to recover but again: longer trades than historical data, more open trades than historical data. Hence, I found myself with 3 open trades, trailing almost all of them negatively (some of them over 100 points) and the 4th one could not be opened (no margin since I was trading myself) which saved the monthly stats of the provider.... but not my account. I just gave it one more month since March was really bloody for a lot of providers that I'm monitoring (also in SignalStart) and the strategy seemed to saved it a bit the record. I guess I also "blamed myself" for not leaving enough room for that glorious 4th trade that could not be executed. Unfortunately, again, more of the same. Stable at the beginning of the month but as of today, 2 open trades from last week trailing 300 points against (-18%). We are talking about a strategy that apparently claims to have a clean record over 1 year, a low DD, and supposedly a low-risk strategy (with 2 trades right now is reaching the historical DD). Instead, I'm just finding myself every month trading against the strategy and No warning signals from Signalstart regarding any standard deviations(Remember when I said "enough" at the top?MQL warns about things like inactivity periods for example). The difference from the positive record the strategy has and the negative impact on mine is just that trade that couldn't get. Thus, if the difference in 3 months is ONE single trade, I'd call it evrything but consistent. To Sum up: -One Star for signalstart: needs to catch up to what the market can offer regarding reliability and signal quality, the software is fine. - One for nighthealer: needs improvement in stop-loss management and re-adjusting when fakeouts happen.

AVOID!
In the past roughly 6 years I've subscribed to 12 signals on signalstart. I didn't just blindly trust a provider, did as much research as the website allows for, etc. All the providers I subscribed for had at least 6-8 months of good profit with relatively low DD, most of them weren't martingale or any other dodgy trading style. In EVERY SINGLE CASE the signal providers failed a few weeks or maximum 2 months after I started my subscription. Every single one of them. So much so, that we started joking with some of my friends that I have superpowers to destroy a signalstart provider's account just by subscribing. Other people shared the exact same experience in Telegram groups about this site. Now there are two options here. I either indeed have superpowers or this website is a complete fraud. I leave it to you to decide which one is more likely... If you think about it, there is no transparency here whatsoever. No community or forum options, no contact with the trader, in most cases no verified 3rd party account evaluation, you can't see the details of open trades, which I understand, but this way that you can only see the details of closed trades the results can easily be manipulated, so all in all I think you are required to just trust the whole system and hope for the best whilst all the "successful" signals seem to mysteriously and suspiciously fail right after one subscribes... Oh and not to mention that they set it up by default that all your subscriptions automatically renew and they don`t send you an email or something about it, you will only know it when they took the money from your bank account. I know, one should probably be a bit more vigilant, and I`m sure I allowed it in the small print with a careless mouse click but still. Not very decent. I'm done with this for good. Avoid. Update: obviously as expected they gave me in their response the usual "past performance is not a guarantee of future success" BS but just have a think for yourself for a moment: what are the statistical odds that in 6 years I subscribe to a dozen signals with excellent history, and ALL OF THEM change drastically within that month, most of them blow up? Not one successful signal in more than half a decade out of a dozen, that's results would match with the history after subscription. I just leave it here for you to think about.

This system is very dangerous.
This system is very dangerous. It picked up all 6 signals to try it out. Every one has no stoploss and Many orders are pending. Some orders are held for more than 5 days and will not close. This caused the Equity to drop considerably. You may see little profits every day on the first few days. But when I look at the orders that have not yet been closed, there are a lot of negative amounts. All in all, I lost hundreds of dollars in the last few days. Signal start does not filter signals that are safe enough for customers at all. Bad Signal I tried: Tradin Planet G, Consistento, Robust (Some of them stay in good rank)

Risk only what you can afford to lose
Several users left one star review complaining about losing money. I've lost money too, however I'll give two stars because their customer support is prompt, quick, and good. So, it is a legit service, however it is true you should risk only what you can afford to lose. I can advise to try every signal on demo account first. I didn't do that. And after you are convinced ( but please keep it running for at least 3 weeks ) you may put real money however with small copy factor ( like 0.1 multiplier ). Many signals are martingales, they will blow your account sooner or later ( this is valid for every martingale ). Some signals claim they are not martingale, however they keep opening trades against the trend, and eventually they blow account or enter stall/deadlock. Other signals claim they trade manually, and have several years of experience. But from the results, it is hard to believe that, or... if they really learnt to trade after investing many years, then I feel pity for them. Other signals they open only one or two trades same time, so of course this is not martingale. However, sooner or later they enter a bad trade, and it looks like they are unable to manage it, they have no exit strategy and stay in stall or deadlock. Overall, it seems like "trend is your friend" is something unknown or unseen, for those signal providers. Again, this is not signalstart fault, they provide a platform for signal copy, and if a signal is bad, the platform can not make it better. The platform itself is working fine, and customer support is kind and responsive.
