I bought a toy for my grand daughter having seen a quick video of it in action. Quick acknowledgement of my order and very speedy delivery. Excellent customer service as I felt any need to return would be hassle free. I was impressed by the range of toys which I hadn't seen in other places. The rocking horse is of good quality and fairly easy to assemble, although this was not helped by the printed instructions not tying up with the fixings which arrived. As the parcel was slightly damaged we thought some fixings had fallen out, but after inspection of all the parts my husband could see that everything was in the parcel. All's well that ends well. On the whole a good experience, and our one year old granddaughter will enjoy rocking, we are sure. Thank you.

I have bought all my gifts for youngsters from Toyella this year - everything is fun and yet it will help in teaching them as well. I have a child in the family who has poor sight and there are some beautiful gifts that will help him.

Everything was as described. Only minor issues were with delivery. Delivery tracker stated Saturday as the delivery date but parcel actually arrived early - on Thursday! Outer packaging of parcel was wet/ripped open but contents were all present and correct.

I'd recommend toyella without reservations. Their range of toys is beautiful, delivery is fast and communication excellent. Several of our favourite toys were purchased from this seller. Ordered an item that was out of stock after being notified that it was back in stock.

Bought a purple Bilibo for my 18month old grand daughter's Christmas present. I've bought other colours previously for my other grandchildren and to equip the Reception class when I was a headteacher. They are amazing, versatile toys that can be used in countless ways. I've never known one to break, even in a school environment. I can't wait to see my latest little one playing with hers this Christmas.
