Had a slight problem when my order (requested on 3-5 working days trackable delivery because I was away from home) was dispatched early & non-tracked. However Toyella (Carl Shaw) could not have given better customer service, refunded postage and checked that package had arrived ok (which it did). Would certainly order again from Toyella, good products, well packed and as I said in the title, excellent customer service.
