The toy's birthday card did NOT have who it was sent from. This happened last year as well. This is BAD.

We had wanted to buy an early rider balance bike for our son for a while but it was out of stock everywhere, including on the Early Rider's own website. After a bit of googling, I found that Toyella had them in stock. I was skeptical that my order would be fulfilled as I expected to get an email to say that it was out of stock as I had literally not been able to find it anywhere else. But soon I had an email to say it had been dispatched and it arrived early (and for free). The bike itself is my son's favourite ever toy - we bought it for his 2nd birthday - and he has used it every day since. He wakes up saying "bike" and goes to sleep saying "bike." It has been the best thing we have ever bought him. The service by Toyella was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again - plus the price of the bike was the cheapest I found it as well which was just a bonus.

I am a teacher with small children of my own, and I am continuously impressed by the quality and creative toys that Toyella offers.
