Website was easy to use. Process was fast, clear, and easy.

I called customer service to request a corporate account and she aptly instructed me to create a P.O. to order the signs we need for our courtyard. She was very helpful but I found the online experience could be a little easier. It would be so much easier to have all required fields and drop downs on one page. I found myself feeling like I needed to create a new address each time for billing and shipping. One simple page filled out top to bottom would be so much more intuitive. Other than that, it was a good experience. I hope the fulfillment of the order is as seemless. Thank you!

Website required a password change, no big deal. Website would not allow the password change. I finally checked out as a guest. Very frustrating but I still bought from you. Web interaction is #1 , today you failed.

I paid for next day air shipping on Thursday around noon from compliancesigns.com because I needed my order the next day and the delivery has still not arrived 2+ days later and does not actually have an estimated delivery date or time online.
