On my new iPhone I decided to order a product from Honour & ended up making a big mess of things! I ordered 3 of the same product & hadn't a clue how to cancel 2 of them! I wrote to customer services & explained. I got a reply very quickly & was told not to worry they have deleted 2 off my order & it was no problem, also that the money would be refunded into my account! Phew what a relief that was. Absolutely No Hassle, unlike other company's on the internet! Thanks very much for making a nightmare situation dissolve quickly. Jay

We purchased vibrating nipple clamps that didn't vibrate at the clamp. We rang not to complain but to inform. No apology No alternative offered No credit Left feeling disappointed as we have purchased much from Honour in the past and will probably look elsewhere in the future

Top quality, well made products at very good prices.

This particular garment is made of unsuitably flimsy latex. While being tried on carefully by the wearer (upon receipt from Honour), a tear appeared on the side of the dress. The wearer is very familiar with use of latex fashion clothes and was very disappointed that this new style from Honour was somewhat flimsier that usual - especially from Honour, which normally supplies higher quality items of this nature. Item has been returned as unsatisfactory, but not with the intention of refraining from future orders - and regarding this as an exceptionally disappointing experience.
