Really disappointed with service from Temptation gifts. I made a substantial order on the 5th of December; christmas presents for my baby son and wife. I paid 10 pound postage/delivery and I have still not received my order, 17 days later. I have contacted and was advised there was no tracking on my order but it left their warehouse. Really disappointed and now with all the disruption I am unlikely to have Christmas presents for my son's first Christmas. Emailed customer service again this morning but did not receive a reply.

Temptation Gifts is the best company I have ever ordered from. They treat the products with such care. I've ordered over 8 Yankee Candle jars from them and they are all in excellent condition. Temptation Gifts are more reliable than the Yankee Candle store online. And their delivery is so fast. I ordered a large Snow in Love on Monday, it got dispatched on Tuesday and arrived early Wednesday morning. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great Company
I am writing this review as again Temptations gifts have exceed my expectations in a company. Placed an order with them which was sent by royal Mail. I was in contact with the company, as i had to wait a while longer for this parcel to arrive. The day had come, where they were more than willing to resend the items free of change by express delivery. On the afternoon if that day the parcel turned up, i called them to say that it had arrived....But the box had been tampered with and a few items were missing. I had taken photos of the condition of the arrived parcel. I sent them by e-mail to there customer service department. I spoke to with them to say what I had done, and they were more than happy to replace or refund my missing items. I explained to them that I would like the items replaced. Yesterday 10.12.2020 the replacement items had turned up. There customer service is outstanding. So I would like to say thank you to them for the help and support and making my life easier on the run up to Christmas.
Appalling way to treat customers.
Ordered from here as I can’t get out to shops. When the parcel arrived there was an item missing. I called customer services and was told to take a photo and email which I did straight away. Customer services reply was incredibly sarcastic and was basically accusing me of being a liar without actually saying it! The item that was missing was less than £2 so why the hell would I lie about one item? The did send a replacement but their reply was unprofessional. If I was able to go out to the shop I would never of used them. After their response I will NEVER use the again. Appalling!

Frist time buying. Amazing prices. Super fast delivery. Really fast customer services and sorted my issue out right away. Will buy from them again.
Really pleasent experience.
Really pleasent experience. The parcel was a little later than originally told (2days) but that really wasn't an issue at all! especially during covid and the backlog of gifts for Christmas. Each and every item was wrapped beautifully with either bubblewrap or tissue paper to keep them all safe. Not just thrown in a box. Will definitely shop with them again for any gifts.
