Unfortunately, one of my items was damaged in transit, but Temptation Gifts were extremely helpful and offered to replace my item and redeliver in time for my sister in law's Birthday. I have been buying Dunoon mugs for a while from TG. They have a vast stock and a very friendly website, with most of the mugs displayed with a sort of 3d technique which enables the viewer to see the mug from all sides. After one initial breakage, the mugs have been packed beautifully and make a very long way, arriving intact. Most definitely recommended !!!
