Originally placed an order with Amazon for a Christening gift. It turned up broken! I found the exact same gift for the same price on Temptation Gifts and tweeted them asking if they checked the good before shipping. They informed me the did check before posting to ensure nothing was broken so I placed my order. Turned up just in time and in perfect condition. Will definitely use again in the future.

I bought quite a lot of items from Temptation Gifts recently in their sale. Quirky and different gifts, which are ideal for gifts. One of the items had a factory fault and one of the mugs ( which was boxed ) had a hairline crack in it. I emailed the company with photos to show the damaged and faulty items. They were super efficient, and by the next morning I had replacement items. Everything is packed with attention and care. Tissue paper placed around items, and. Bubble wrapped. It is a delight opening the box of lovely goodies. I would definitely buy from Temptation Gifts again.

Shipping to India where I live is quite dicey!! But confident with temptation because they always replace if the items get damaged in transit . No questions asked.amazing people!

My package arrived within a few days and was very well packed. It was China, wrapped in bubble wrap the best places in a box of foam. No danger of any breakages by the postman!

My tags arrived really quickly and in good condition which I was worried about because of them being card and getting bent in the post. I know the east of India bridesmaid tag description said that I may receive either design but it did say to put a request in if you preferred a certain design, which I did, but I received all of the other design which was a shame. But they are still nice so I'm happy enough with them.

I'm always dubious about using online companies other than Amazon but I have to say I am well impressed. The prices are well below other gift shops online, the speedy delivery is excellent and the packaging of products brilliant. I'll definitely shop with them again and will recommend them to others. 10/10. The only thing o have to moan about is the fact they have so many lovely things I spend far too much money!!
