I have used the Statement of Comparability as part of my professional registration. I was able to check the status of the application on their website which was really helpful. Everything went really well and I received all the documents needed on time. Fantastic service!

Absolutely deplorable. I have recently graduated university with a 1st class degree, and I needed assistance regarding my Australian secondary school qualifications to gain entry to a primary GCSE course. After explaining my circumstances in detail, clarifying what documents I had received from the Australian educational authorities, to 2 staff members, I submitted said documents online via the portal. After chasing up twice due to no response (3 weeks had elapsed), I was advised that the system had 'glitched' and the documents had not been passed on. I finally received a call back informing me that the documents supplied were not sufficient, despite explaining what I had from the very start of the process! I have my university waiting for this document and now have to go back to them to try and salvage ENIC's mess and hopefully keep my offer for the course (they suggested I contact them, what a mistake). If you want your career derailed by inefficiency, and receive nothing more than a 'we're sorry', don't hesitate to contact UK ENIC.

Very disappointed with your statement of comparability service. I studied in the Czech Republic and the educational system there is different. No formal exam at the age of 16 ( GCSE LEVEL). I submitted all my end of year marking sheets all the way up to Baccalaureate only to be told that you don’t compare content of each subject. Well what do you compare then? I was told to ask my PgCE provider to consider my qualification but they referred me back to you?

I applied for a standard statement of comparability but later realised I needed the fast track service. I message ENIC team and the response was swift and comprehensive. The fast track 24 hours service is what it says it is. Was delivered next day and I was able to download the electronic document. In all really good service. The website is easy to navigate the FAQs give lots of helpful information. The only thing though is the VAT, This is find is very expensive and given the target population which is immigrants it feels like a reap off when you have to pay that much for a VAT. If for example you apply for a standard statement of comparability you pay a VAT, IF you change your mind like in my case to go a fast track service you also pay a VAT plus just to download the document you also pay a VAT and like I said it's not cheap. I hope this could be regulated to make it less expensive.

I have used this service twice for my Canadian qualifications which were in French, and a little complicated due to the fact there is not an exact term for what I studied in Montreal, French Canada. I was so delighted with the breakdown of my diploma and my high-school certificate, and the help that the agents gave me. Very user friendly and true to their word.what I mean is if they say that you will get your certificate in x number of days you will. And the application tracker helps you feel at ease .
