This was a replacement order as my original order never arrived. Customer service was courteous, and they swiftly replaced the order and provided shipping information.

Kindest Customer Service! I made an error when ordering. I called and it was taken care of very quickly and easily. I appreciate that type of service experience. I have not received my products yet but if they are half as wonderful as the service agent I interacted with, I am a customer for life!!

Quality product and outstanding customer service

The customer service is AMAZING. These labels are hands down, the BEST quality. I bought these for my oldest daughter 7 years ago and they still look brand new. I just ordered some for my youngest that just started preschool. We are customers for life!

Update: this issue was resolved. Mabel’s Labels provided me with the discount post-hoc. And I love the labels! Thank you. Wish I had been given a reminder of the discount code for being a first time customer. The pop-up window only appeared the first time I entered the site and I didn't sign up then (because I didn't know if I'd want to make any purchases).
