I am very disappointed with the clothing stamp I received. The letters are much smaller than expected. The ink barely shows up on the clothing and does not stamp evenly so I had to waste ink to stamp multiple times to get a full print of my daughter’s name (she does not have an unusually long name, first name is 6 letters, last name only 4 letters). It looks awful with partial stamps all over the inside of her clothes. Hopefully her teacher won’t think I’m an idiot who couldn’t figure out how to use a simple stamper. I haven’t tried the iron on labels I ordered, but they don’t look like what I expected. I thought they would be her name on a white background, like it appeared on the preview, but what I received is just the letters on a clear background. I ordered them to use on dark colored clothing, which I’m certain will not work because there is not a white background to contrast the black letters on navy fabric. I feel like I wasted $60.00 and on top of that, I still have to figure out a way to label her clothes before school starts in a week.

Everything in site is easy to navigate and choose. My biggest frustration though is the image of the designs was sometimes difficult to see what the actual design was because they were so tiny. Perhaps you can include pictures with the individual icon/images in each design? Thanks!

I like the labels but I taught they will be bigger size for school books the large size it looks really small and the small size are very tiny.

Easy to use ordering website! Prompt response and delivery

It shouldn't have taken so long to ship the items and you don't don't provide shipping. I am glad I only ordered for two of my kids and not all and not my kindergarten class like I was going to. The amount of money I paid should definitely get me better customer service than this.

Horrible customer service and false advertisement. “Spend a certain amount to qualify for express shipping”. I purposefully spend enough to qualify… and my order will arrive in 7-11 business days. That’s not express shipping! When I inquired, customer service rep was lacking any remorse or willingness to work with me to resolve the issue. Simply, “this is what it is”.

So far, I'm very happy with my purchase. The item shipped quickly and arrived quickly. The labels were attractive and easy to iron-on.
