I found Mabel's Labels through my kids' school's web site and decided to order the Ultimate Back-to-School Combo for both my sons, which included 40 small rectangles, 70 stick on clothing, and 16 shoe labels. I was hesitant at first because it seemed pricey, but I signed up for the emails and received a 20% coupon code so I went for it. I figured with the recommendations and good reviews that it wouldn't hurt to try, especially with school starting soon and my kids always end up forgetting (and losing) a lunch bag, sweater, and/or jacket every year. I'm excited to use the stick-on clothing sticker for their jackets. I love that Mabel offers various colors and designs to choose from. I placed the order and the labels came the next day! I'm excited to use these labels and see how long they last.

Easy. Then I decided to edit my order, and customer service was amazingly accommodating.

I had a confusing experience with placing my order through their website. The color palette options do not reflect the actual colors when displayed in the preview for 7 of the options. When I received the order that I thought was incorrect, I emailed Mabel's Labels about it. The customer service representative provided outstanding customer service and an excellent resolution to the problem. I hope they improve the website because the company and product are wonderful. I will definitely be doing business with them again and I highly recommend them!

It would be great to pick them all and apply the same customizations in an easier user experience than individually adding them all. That said, good experience and good product.
