Ich habe schon oft das Mandelmuss von nu3 bestellt. Es ist von toller Qualität und aus Europa. Der Service von nu3 ist wie immer Spitze.

Die Preise sind gut wenn Aktionen sind...der Versand etc geht auch recht flott! Aber oft sind Rabattaktionen sehr undurchsichtig und die Rabatte gelten nur auf bestimmte Artikel...und wenn sie auf alle Artikel gelten sind die Artikel die interessant sind komischerweise immer ausverkauft 🤷

Ein Haus voller Teens und Twens; zum Glück alle sehr aktiv. Die nu3-Produkte gehören inzwischen zum Standardprogramm in der Küche.

I ordered for the first time by nu3 because I received a discount from Sovendus. I needed vegan proteins and they happened to have a 2 packages Special offer for like 35 chf. In order to use the discount I decided to reach 50chf and bought some other small things. I payed and after 2 days I was informed that they wouldn’t have sent me the proteins because out of stock, so I would have received just the other two items I really didn’t need and would have had to pay the delivery and the money that wasn’t discounted since my order now didn’t reach the 50 chf. I phoned and said I could wait for the restocking or I wanted the money back (I really didn’t need the rest of the things in my cart). Ok we’ll give you the money back. After one month, still nothing. I had to phone again and finally I was sent an email saying I’ll get the whole money back. It’s been more than a week and still nothing on my bank account. I will never order from them again. Big disappointment.
