I was welcomed on my arrival at the airport with a comfortable limousine. The coordination has been assured me throughout the entire time with very professional and personal caring. She is extremely patient and warm person I have known. She made my experience very pleased and memorable. Thanks you Sude for all you have done.

After searching and doing lots of research for a dentist and surgeon I finally decided to go with evoy, they replied to me straight away and we're very helpful and friendly (and spoke perfect English) after arriving at izmir Airport we were greeted by a lovely lady called sude and a driver who then took us to our hotel which was also very nice. Mine and my mums appointments were all planned for us and we were picked up and taken to all of them. The treatment was amazing, very clean and modern surgery's with very friendly staff and the treatment we had was second to none and my self and mum are very happy with our results. We had 1 day off if having treatments and the lovely sude took us shopping to all the local markets. Thank you avoy, we will definitely recommend you and look forward to our next visit in September. X

I had Tummy tuck last month with Clinic Evoy. I was welcomed at the airport with a nice car and they habe taken me to the hotel. I didn’t deal with anything. Everything was ready for me already. The hotel was amazing and the room was perfect. As the hotel is in the center, I was able to see lots of shops and my carer Sude helped me to buy good local stuff for me. The next day I was taken to the hospital for my surgery and they helped me to understand each word on the paper I signed. Mu surgeon and the hospital stuff was so friendly and I felt totally safe. I cannot wait to see my end results after my recovery 💓💓

I had really good experience with that clinic. I’ve done with this clinic my zirconium crowns which looks absolutely stunning 🤩 thanks only to Hannife Nur Ok she is so knowledgeable dentist. I can’t say how amazing she is. For all my questions she had clear unswer. She cared about me well. Big thank you to her and all nurses who was looking after me as my treatment wasn’t one of the easiest ones. Staff from clinic Evoy the best consultant for me was Sude this girl is so honest and understanding everything and trying her best to just make you happy and be helpful as much she can. During my stay I felt with her so safe and comfortable. Thank you Sude ❤️ the drivers was always on time as time was scheduled with Sude. Hotel which was booked for me was good. the staff on hotel so helpful and friendly. Food was delicious, room spacious and always clean. I was there by my own and didn’t make much mess as most of my time I was out of my room but always when I came back my room was spotless clean and fresh. Thank you Clinic Evoy for all support and all job what you done for me. I can finally confidently smile 🥹☺️ and one more time Thank you Sude 😍

I’m impressed with Berkhan I had a very good experience this staff is very helpful and cooperative especially Berkhen was my host he was all the time with us for help I’m satisfied pick and drop hotel to hospital and hospital to hotel in luxury car everything was great fantastic it was very good time. I regret the day I have agreed to have surgery in this clinic. My journey with Clinic Evoy went a nightmare. They give too many promises just to catch you on the hook to bring them money. Behind all of that, they don't care about any of us. For them, we just another foreigner body who brings them income. Just another body they will cut and botch. I was persuaded by Alyena that their services was the best only to find out what is really happening once I was there. After I've paid the deposit, i was chasing Berkham again and again to get some answers. It was so frustrating that i have to report to the manager through Alyena who was my initial contact. She made me believe that I'm in a best hands and the surgeon are very experienced. Now that I have problem, she doesn't want to know and refused to help me. Once you paid them money, you at the mercy of yourself. They've got you. I have asked to book a Raddison blue hotel with the sea view they advertising but later was told that Alyana have asked her manager for the special permission to book. Normally they put customers in a Best Western hotel. On arrival to hospital before 5 am, I was put in a room waiting for hours to get a pillow. The hospital staff was so uncaring. The food was disgusting. The room was so noisy right on the busy road, I felt as if my bed been placed outside. I have asked to change the room but Berkham didn't even care to arrange, he disappeared until he back later asking to pay the money. He brought the papers to sign without given any time to read turning pages one by one telling where to sign by pointing out his finger. When I asked to give a minute to read,he said he will bring me documents later which I have never received them and not sure what I have signed for. I could have signed for my death without a chance to read. They were never sent to me either. Red Flag ! Just before the surgery, doctor came to mark the face. I have shown to him photo which i would like my face to look after the surgery. He said not to worry all will be done to his best. After he left, the nurse came to my room and was given some sedative to drink. Since then, I couldn't remember anything. Not when they took me for surgery and not when they brought me back. Laying in bed I felt my pillow was so wet under my head. When I got up, I've seen the cloth saturated in blood and discharges of fluid. I've layed on that until I was discharged the next day. The nurse was so rude and abrupt. I was very upset and isolated that I wished i would never agreed to book surgery with this clinic. The next morning I was discharged around 12pm, I've asked Berkham take me to the hotel. I was in tears and couldn't stand there any longer. Since i arrived to the hotel,I was left by myself for two days without a single message to ask if I'm okay. I found that very disturbing and alarming especially when Alyena promised she will look after me on post surgery. It was very depressing being on your own without any help or support. I was so relieved when Berkham contacted me on Sunday. I was very sick burning with a temperature. Moreover, my package was included 1 day in a hospital and 5 days in hotel but she only booked me there for 4 days. I was flying back home on the six day. Ripped off ! The medicine they gave me: one pack of antibiotic pills,1small tube of antibiotic cream to use on the stitches and 1 pack of painkillers. There was no advice on what to use for the scars after surgery. When I back home consulting with the surgeon on my second week post surgery, I was told I should use the Contractubex cream on my scars which doesn't sell in UK. I was told stitches will be dissolved in two weeks time. My sagging skin near the cheeks will get normal. On my 4th week I've had an infection on my eyelid right where the stitches are. I've send the photo to Berkham and after two days i received a message; the surgeon said there was no infection. 5th week post surgery, my face was unsymmetrical, skin near the cheeks are sagging, the stitches on the eyelids has not dissolved, one ear higher than another. I've contacted Berkham and the surgeon response: I should remove stitches by myself with the tweezers (shocking) and do a dermaroller treatment on my face which means I have to pay extra money to the clinic in UK for the sagging. I've paid £4,000 for the face and neck lift and this is what I end up with. I would say, all the nice reviews here is just a percentage of all their clients who are probably in the same situation I am but scared to tell the truth. I was asked to give the review on my second week so Berkham can get a bonus. I've made a complain and the surgeon consultations was ceased. 7th week post: Stitches not dissolved yet, skin is sagging, neck skin is loose and wrinkly. They now denying all wrongdoing with a threat. I wish I never came to this clinic. I wish I listened to my guts before paying them money. You have been warned ! !

This clinic is all about perfection, from the minute you land to when you leave and after you arrive home, I chose Evoy for the genius surgeon, his approach is more natural and, I felt, takes away the years rather than changing your look, Berkhan is there from the get go, to diminish any fears, questions etc, all in all a great experience and this is from a very very nervous patient

I had a face/neck lift, lower blephaplasty and a lip lift, I'd researched for a long time and Dr Nazmi was an excellent surgeon, very calming and confident, Berkhan was amazing organising everything and still looked after me when I got back to the UK, I couldn’t fault anything the hotel was clean and my room was lovely and spacious, from being collected in the early hours after getting off the plane to my check up appointment and then taken back to the airport went smoothly, Izmir is a great city full of interesting places all in walking distance, I would highly recommend.

I arrived at airport to be greeted by two non English speaking men ushering me into vehicle (felt very uncomfortable) To arrive at hotel alone late and told they had no booking for me We both tried to call Berkhan without success and I messaged to await response I waited in the lobby for over an hour until resolved within this time I again messaged Berkhan to say the hotel was not what I was expecting he said just wait until you see the room I will be happy The hotel was a 2star at best the room was basic dark and extremely noisy as there’s a motorway directly outside I messaged Berkhan again to say how unhappy I was to have my feelings totally dismissed I had absolutely no sleep at all the noise was terrible to think I would have to stay here whilst recovering from major surgery was the final straw At 6am I simply got a cab and went to airport and returned to UK My feelings are that if I was told I was being put in luxury hotel then that’s what I expect if can’t trust you in the first instance I can’t trust the rest of my experience won’t be the same I’m now using someone else and they advised me that anyone having a tummy tuck should not be travelling long haul flights (over 3hrs) after 7 days this is dangerous you must stay for minimum 14days and ideally not have flown for 7days prior to any operation Also on social media having comments switched off should be a huge red flag even the surgeon has no commenting on instagram
