Not the right pitch arm assembly and can't return. The adjustable pitch arm is shorter. My awning has a significant slant in it but hey the rain will run off! And works just fine. This is not Dyer's problem, the part number was given to me directly by Dometic when I provided hardware info. Sucks. So only problem is return policy. Would have been nice to get the correct item.

After shopping around, I chose Dyers to purchase a Suburban SW6P water heater. I selected Dyers because they offered more payment options, such as American Express and PayPal, they had very good reviews, and the price was competitive. The water heater was shipped promptly and arrived in less than two days. I would definitely consider Dyers for any major purchase for an RV.

I am so glad I found Dyers. I broke a part of my awning support and tried to find a replacement through my local RV parts store & online suppliers I knew by name. The only offers I received were for the full assemblies, which cost a lot more!! In a search I found Dyers & the have the exact make and separate part. This took me a while so I called them to see if I could have it shipped ASAP & get it before my trip & the customer service was also excellent & the price was great. I will by from Dyers from now on.
